While reflecting on this past year, our residents and clients took a moment to express gratitude for the things that impacted them the most during the past year. Some of them shared thankfulness for a meal, for therapy, for new opportunities, or simply for one more day of life. Many of them also shared how grateful they were to God that they had made it through another year.
We are grateful to for this past year. We are grateful for the many lives that have been impacted, for the growth, the healing, and for all of the fun times that we have had with our community!
From the residents in the New Dawn program, to our friends who come to eat lunch each day, we are building relationships with old friends and getting to know new ones. We just had our second ever graduation from the Level System and we have introduced new workshops for both of our main programs this year. We also officially inaugurated the medical clinic in Chalchuapa. Each one of these represents steps forward, new growth, and new possibilities.
El Salvador as a country is experiencing and lot of change and movement forward which is so exciting! We are excited to see that happen in our own community too, and we are so excited to partner with our staff and with those we serve to see them move forward in their own lives.
To all of you who have invested in our work during 2024, we thank you so much for all that you have given, for your prayers, your service and your words of our encouragement! We are so grateful and we are looking forward to new things to come in 2025!
